  Worst place to ever shop for wings. So I go in ready to order wings for my family and I 3 kids 2 adults. We were getting the 50 pc wings original. But as I walk in (mind you this is my first time in this place.) lady in the kitchen asking me if Im walking in or picking up. I said walking in. She proceed ls to turn around and handle the kitchen while I sit there and stand for another 10 minutes. My autistic son started complaining because he was hungry I had to end up going to panda Express because 5 people in the establishment and 4 people watching the kitchen person (doing nothing.)4 people could've attended the register. I tried to say something but got an attitude and ignored. Never again. This place is extremely ghetto and they treat u like your money is worthless to them. Everyone should be replaced in there

  They were okay , it seemed like a new staff so a little slower but its expected when training. For got my large ranch it happens

  When you call to place your order they tell you it’s an 10 to 15 min wait in they have you waiting at least 30 min sometimes you be there near an hour .so today I asked if I can get a extra side since I was told 10 min n I been here for 25 min .you know typically, I feel any manager should accommodate for inconvenience that’s caused by the staff or misleading information however manager respectfully said no it was nothing for him to give me because I was told 10 minutes and I’ve been here for 25. I just feel people should take their business elsewhere they inconsiderate selfish, somewhat rude, but I needed to bring awareness to this Wingstop located in Florida city S. Dixie Highway. Ashley was cool however the manager who won’t give me her name is tall red with braids in her hair she always nice n I understand the stress level of any restaurant but she wasn’t concerned about my misleading information over the phone which was 5 to 10 min

  I called they asked me how could they help me and then put me hold before I could even get my question out and it was kind of rude !!

  1 of the employees that works the front was rude, lazy, and of course they have screen showing the order is being made or ready. It showed ready on the screen for 10 minutes but wasnt. It was only a 6 piece boneless combo. And I ordered it online 20 mins ago. The rude women at the front just waved her finger when i finally asked and cleared every order off the screen. She was barely doing anything and when I asked about my order she checked the name on 1 bag out of almost 10 and said it wasnt ready. She was a loud mouth also, just trying to gossip more than do any work. While the other guy at the front was doing everything including taking orders, and helping the cooks. Also just noticed they didnt put a single bit of seasoning on the frys which is crazy.
