- LELondon EAug 9, 20261.0The worst attitude!! the girl at the register, didn’t understand a simple order of turkey and cheese so the other girl made it with lettuce and tomato and I said no lettuce and tomato yet I get the attitude and I and there was barely any turkey on the sandwich terrible!!!!

It takes almost 2 hours after you place an order for them to Deliver it, they play with the app somehow so it states is already delivered and the food is not there . When you call them they are rude and sarcastic covering up for the food being late instead of apologizing for the delay and insuring the best customer service, this might be do to upper management not having those skills. This has occurred multiple times never ordering here. There employees don’t even care. I’m sure if more customers stop shopping they will see the value in customer service.

Friendly servers and GREAT, FAST sandwiches (delicious). Parking can be difficult as it is in a crowded strip-mall and I did not notice if the sidewalk was wheelchair-accesible at the ends of the building, but bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.
