- TFTimothy Forbes3 days ago2.0Driver took forever. Ordered at 4:47, "left the store" at 5:02. It's 5:49 and still nothing. App shows the driver still at the store on the map, yet the tracker said he left the store. The app also says I can report a problem minutes after the driver leaves the store (which the app says he left at 5:02, it's 5:50 now... Driver just arrived. This app is bullshit and so was the delivery.

I had mostly the 10 min wait but I don’t know what’s happened today it took 45 mins. The Manager did not even acknowledge the lengthy time, the full house and just brushed it off. The workers do the job right. Their superior needs to get fired. If I can only separate the stars from the manager and workers. Manager -5 Team 5. Not going there anymore. You’ll end up very hangry.

Definitely one of the better pizza places I’ve tried, and I would happily return again.

Called the store multiple times and they hung up on me. Finally got through just to be told it was already out for delivery. Driver didn’t leave the parking lot of the store for another 20 minutes after that phone call (per the tracking in the app). Pizza was cold when it arrived. Go anywhere else but here. Couldn’t recommend less.
