  What has happened? I should have checked recent reviews, but never had an issue before. Now I see in recent reviews that raw hamburgers are the new thing there. Glad I cut mine in half as it looked good on the outside. They did offer to get me something else or a credit for next time, but no thanks!

  Thew food was incredible and the sevice was awesome! I want give a big thank you to Priscilla. Our trucks keyless entry stopped working and the keys were left in the truck. When the locksmith couldn't get truck unlocked, Priscilla was kind enough to bring us all the way to our house to get the spare key. So Priscilla THank You again for your kind generosity!!!!

  I ordered takeout and I will never do that again. Ordered at approximately 7 PM. The time given to me for pick up was 7:31. Got there at 7:15. I walked in and saw half the order already under the heat lamps. Sat there for over 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me even there. Went up to the counter and told the girl at the register I was there for a pick up. Sat back down and waited some more. By that time, 2 more orders were under the heat lamp. The cook finally put up the last hot dog in my order. The other person there started to bag up my order and I ask her to stop and bring me the chili fries. I opened them and stuck my finger clear to the bottom and asked for another order because after sitting for over 15 minutes, they were cold. The fry cook apparently just put them in the microwave and reheated them because the fries I got were the same ones and tough and greasy. Wasted $30. Never again.

  We go every few months and have had wonderful food and service prior. The last two times I have been the well done burger I requested was done on the outside but rare in the middle. When showed to them I got an I am sorry. If I had not taken bites out of the well done parts they could have done something. I thought that was odd. If you are picky about the doneness I suggest cutting the burger in half first. Which is what I will be doing from now on. Before these last two visits I gave them five stars because I really enjoyed every part of the dining experience there.

  I was there about an hour ago and sat across from a lady trying to get more food made after complaining that her food was “burnt”, I could see with my own eyes that she ate well over half the burger and I was personally kinda shocked that she was even trying to send it back. She even asked for a grilled cheese or something for compensation, the management told her they would have remade the burger if she had only taken a bite or two but just ate just about the whole thing. Her husband sat in silence the whole time so I assume he is just used to this behavior judging from other reviews. She was writing a bad review before she even left the building and I saw her husband also left a poor review about “burnt food”. She didn’t get her way so she wants to bash the business and I just don’t believe that it is a fair review of this establishment. They have good service and great food she just didn’t get her way. Please give it a try for yourselves, they are renowned for a reason.
