  One of the worst experiences Ive had here ever. Cashier was rude and made me feel like I was ruining her night. Her friend came in behind me and she ignored everyone to carry on a conversation instead. She asked the only other person working who was making food to then make smoothies. With people in line she tells her friend she cant get anything done because people wont stop ordering. After everyone orders she walks over to seated friend and pulls out her phone. I waited 15 mins for a smoothie after having my food while she talked to her friend. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Do better

  Alicia and Mackenzie provided great service at Tropical they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Their positive attitudes really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable.

  The smoothie I ordered (chocolate pb protein) was not done correctly. It was NOT blended all the way as I'm getting a strong flavor of banana and yogurt but not much the of "chocolate". I paid for additional dark chocolate added and it tastes like they overlooked the original chocolate ingredient. But there are bits of dark crumbs around the brim of the drink that says it wasn't blended fully a.k.a rushed. I have been getting this drink for the past two weeks as a weekly treat. This time, whomever made it today, 14 Apr 2026 @1418hrs needs more training. I would like to suggest that you all hire better team members to help your establishment so that customers will enjoy your business and tell others. When customers pay extra monies for additional add-ons, that shouldn't be missed by the employee. It's right on the screen. Maybe the employee needs glasses, I don't know but everything is on a digital paper, how can you make a mistake. I shouldn't have to drive back to the store after settling in at my house to have my smoothie remade. It should be made correctly the first time. Ughhhhhhh We really like their chocolate chip cookies. OMGoodness, another huge but only monthly treat. However, just wished the smoothie was just as ordered.
