  personal was supposed to have 4 toppings and had none. the estimated 1/2 hr delivery, actually took an hr and 10 mins.

  Not sure when frozen pizza tasted better than fresh hot Pizza Hut, but today I learned. Put in a carry out order online and was there 2 minutes before it was scheduled to be picked up. I could tell when I opened the box, it was not going to be the tasty Pizza Hut I’ve loved for the last 30 years. The pizza was pitiful. It looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The pan crust was bland and hard. The sauce was watery and sweet … not the thick, zesty sauce of the past. The cheese was skimpy and tasteless. The quality has really gone downhill. I paid almost $10 for a personal pan - I ate half and threw the other half straight in the trash. I’ll stick to Raos, Freschetta or another frozen brand, where $10 will get me a tasty large pizza.

  My only complaint is the amount of pepperoni in a personal pan pizza, but when I asked if they would be identified so we knew whose was whose they said absolutely. Loved the throw back special as well
