  Went through the drive thru at 8:39 am to get an Asiago bagel, toasted with extra butter. Waited about 6-7 min. The bagel came out barely warm with packets of “frozen” butter. The bagel was puffed up and round like a blueberry muffin. Did not even resemble a bagel & I could see maybe 3-4 pieces of cheese on top not even totally melted. I tried to put a little butter on the bottom piece of the bagel & mashed the top down on it to try & soften the butter. The bagel was so hard & tough it would not even mash down. I could not even tear a piece off to try & eat it. My order was #1326442 & guest #442 on 5/6/26 to prove I did visit this store in Fleming Island, FL. With traffic & the price of gas I did not even try to turn around & get a refund. I went a couple blocks down to a REAL bagel shop & bought a bagel that I could eat. The Panera bagel went in the trash. Now I know why people are saying Panera is in trouble. I for one will NEVER visit another Panera. The worst food ever & it used to be a favorite place for my family to eat. Avoid Panera if you intend to eat the food you purchase.

  I was very happy with my salad. Got a sandwich about a week ago and it was Delicious.

It is rare to encounter someone who truly stands out in customer service, but Nat absolutely did. From the moment I am greeted, Nat is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
