  Decided to stop here on the way out of town to get some quick breakfast. We went through the drive-thru. The young lady who took our order was nice and cordial. The problem occurred when we went to the next window. The young woman was asking us what we had, and kept trying to give us someone else's food. I repeated what we ordered, and she still had issues; she tried to give us the wrong food again. I then pulled my receipt out and gave it to her. She then gave us our food, but no drinks. I asked what about the drinks? Her response, "What did you have?" I just gave you the receipt! I do not know who is training or teaching these employees to communicate with the customer, but they need to be relieved or retrained to serve the customer. Food quality: -The sausage on the sausage biscuit was dry as dirt. -The hash browns were soaked in grease and dripped everywhere when we attempted to consume them. -Coffee was the only thing decent, even after having to ask for the cream and sugar again, for the 4th time. I was given no coffee stirrer either. This place is the worst McDonald's of the worst.

  The screw at this McDonald's are great. They are very accommodating and helpful even give you free ice water and talk to us like we are friends not just customers.

  I want to file a complaint regarding unsafe and unprofessional behavior in the kitchen. When I come in, staff are often arguing loudly in the kitchen, and I have seen food being thrown around, which is completely unacceptable.I’ve also noticed that she does not wear gloves while handling food, which is a serious hygiene concern. In addition, her hair is often not tied back in a ponytail or secured properly, increasing the risk of contamination. On top of that, I found hair in my burger, which clearly shows a lack of proper food safety practices. Additionally, I have observed female employees smoking during their breaks and then returning to work without proper hygiene measures. This raises further concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Food handlers are expected to follow basic health and safety standards, including wearing gloves, keeping hair restrained, maintaining personal hygiene, and upholding a professional environment. These behaviors put customers at risk and reflect poorly on the establishment. This situation needs to be addressed immediately to ensure a safe, clean, and respectful kitchen environment.

  If I could rate this Mcdoanlds a zero star, I would. They are some of the rudest people i’ve ever encountered. I come here almost every weekend morning on my way to work, get the same thing every time and never once had an attitude. Today was my final straw. I waited at the ordering station for 15 minutes, no answer…pulled up to the first window, no one to be seen, pulled up to the second window and waited for 15 more minutes.. no response. I even tried to go inside but inside wasn’t open. I am still here and have waited 45 minutes due to me already ordering online. The lady finally came to my window and rolled her eyes when I came up, said i needed to give her a “few minutes” when i already “gave her” 45 minutes of my time. Every other time ive been to this location, i was treated the same way. i will never be back.
