  Rude workers who tell you you're wrong because they got your order incorrect. Garbage employees. They also didn't seem to care there was a long hair in the food as well. Never again.

  My husband and I sat inside this morning (05/09/26). The donuts were good, but the coffee was terrible and very watery. The cashier was quite rude and disrespectful.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. The employee who took my order was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, my order was completely wrong and nobody seemed to care. Customer service like this is the reason businesses lose customers. I will not be coming back

  I don't leave negative reviews hardly ever...however...I spent $51 today and our visit to this Dunkin location was unbelievably horrible! No customers inside. A few in the drive thru. 3 employees, 1 manager, 2 regular. We waited 5 mins before we were ever acknowledged. The manager was straightening chairs etc..never welcomed us in or anything. She finally came and started taking our after standing there for 10 mins. NOT friendly at all! She "prepped" our 6 iced coffees and sat them under the coffee dispenser thing. They said there for another 10min!!! She did nothing! The poor 2 ladies working in the back doing EVERYTHING!! Apparently the cold coffee container was empty. Instead of the manager helping, she continued to do nothing. Finally one of the other ladies was able to come up front, change out the coffee, and finish our drinks. The other lady brought our hot food from the back. I asked her if the one lady was hee manager, to which she replied, yes. I told her I was sorry for her!!! I felt so bad for those 2 ladies! That manager should be ashamed of her self!! She shouldn't be getting paid a manager's pay!!! Dunkin, corp, you should read these reviews and go visit this location!!!

  Whoever the manager of this location is, they need to step it up regarding food safety. I sat inside and saw someone using very rusty scissors (with no gloves on) to cut bacon into my hash browns. That is messed up. It seems like the manager hasn’t properly trained their employees at all and I sympathize with them. As a barista myself, it also seems like the employees aren’t given the proper utensils to make stuff
