  The asst manager that was working tonight, man, but I say I cannot remember her name. I don’t wanna get it wrong but she had her under control. It was really busy. Everyone was patient everybody’s order was right. 5/17/26 was the date . You can tell she was working so hard

  The drive thru should give I cream and have hot food orders brought out to them! Drive thru has no way to leave/ get out if you decide after seeing the prices which are doubled compared to the one closer to my home and want to leave! Service extremely slow for the season and area

  Stopped by Dairy Queen and had a confusing experience at checkout. My total was $9.63, and I handed the cashier exact change, $9.63 down to the penny. I was then told that because I was paying in cash, the total had to be rounded up to $9.65. I’m struggling to understand why I’d be charged more when I provided the exact amount owed. If anything, rounding policies usually apply when coins aren’t used, not when they are. It felt unfair and inconsistent. Hoping management can clarify this policy for customers.

  One of the workers was on her phone, talking very loud. Didn't want to hear her conversation " putting instant coffee in a bread bag for storage. How getto am I" Not how I wanted to eat my lunch to.

  Agree with other posters the manager is awful and believe she would fire someone on the spot for trying to help a customer she doesn’t like. Had an issue with the app and the manager was extremely rude, and escalated the situation, i asked for her name so I could reach out to corporate and she walked away, asked another employee her name and she rushed back don’t you dare give him my name, as the several employees around seem to coward at her aggression, definitely a hostile work environment with that manager, not sure her name but she was manager today at 4:30pm 4/9/26. Will not be back, ever.
