  What an awful experience compared to many other 7 Brew locations I’ve been to. I pre-ordered on the app. The girl who came to the car was quick, no small talk, and made sure I hit the tip button. That was the extent of the “customer service.” This is a beach location with zero beach atmosphere. The teens working were leaning on the wall right next to the window having a full conversation about some coach at Fernandina who doesn’t know what she’s doing and how the athlete isn’t going to listen to her. Those are not conversations that should be happening in front of customers at a company that markets itself as fun, youth-friendly, and community-oriented. Parking lot was basically empty. The Goldsboro, North Carolina 7 Brew I used to go to regularly had a packed lot and a line out into the street. Night and day difference. Disappointed. This location needs a serious culture check.

  I love their drinks but during my last visit I miss heard the price of $10.84 as $18.84. I thought that was crazy for two drinks (I was picking up coffees for my friend and I don’t drink coffee so I thought maybe coffee is just expensive). I gave the lady taking my order $19 she never corrected that I gave her way too much and didn’t ask if I wanted my change back. She just put it in the tip jar. I didn’t realize I was incorrect about the price till I looked it up later that day. It was upsetting experience.

  Absolutely love the crew at 7Brew. They are always fast, energetic and know their product.

  Absolutely, love their drinks here. Love how fast they are love how nice all the employees are HATE! The LOUD MUSIC when you pull up to order. It is just entirely too loud. No matter the time of the day, you come you always have to screen to tell your order and ask them what they're saying.At least four times before you can hear them
