  Earlier today I was told the smoothie machine was being worked on/calibrated, which is fine, but then I had to wait around five minutes for a small strawberry smoothie just for it to come out completely watery and separated like dishwater. I came back around 4:18 PM (2hrs later ) to get it remade, and the lady with the black and gold locs was very helpful and professional. She was already handling the situation and trying to fix the issue for me calmly and respectfully. Honestly, she acted more like management than the other employee. The frustrating part was another spanish looking employee with a bun interrupting the situation saying “we don’t take stuff back from the window” and saying “I don’t know what that is.” repeatedly. Well obviously you don’t know what it is because it was made incorrectly and completely separated, which is ….literally why I came back….. in the first place….🤯 Also asking if I had a receipt when customers usually are not even automatically given receipts unless they specifically want one was unnecessary. The smoothie was full and clearly barely touched because I came back specifically to show there was something wrong with it. She made the other employee go ask who she called “the big boss” if she was allowed to do it. lol it was three dollars dear calm down. This could have been a quick and easy remake, but instead one loud employee turned it into an unnecessarily argumentative interaction while the other employee was already handling it professionally.

  This location doesn't know what customer service is. Rude from the start at the drive through... Corporate really needs to rein it in at this store.

  I’m literally in my car cracking up right now. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra ketchup, extra mustard, no onions, and of course it comes with pickles like usual. When I got it, there were no pickles. The first time this happened I just ate it, but I swear it tastes different without pickles… it might just be me. This time I actually wanted my pickles, so I went back around. I was super polite, not rude at all, and even gave them the cheeseburger back nicely. Like I was genuinely being so nice. They give me a new cheeseburger, and I check it to make sure I finally got my pickles… tell me why there was exactly one single little pickle LMAO. I’m sorry but that felt a little shady. I could understand if I was being rude or had an attitude, but I was being nice the whole time 😭

  The manager Chelsea was phenomenal! Shortstaffed and doing everything in the front of the house while supporting a singular Rockstar cook named TJ. McDonald's should be grateful to have these individuals at their restaurant. Thanks again Chelsea and TJ!
