- LGLyd g.2 days ago1.0I asked about my nut allergy for cafe mocha just as a precaution, and was refused service because they can’t guarantee the mixing cup is sanitized enough that I wouldn’t get my allergen. I can understand this to a point but at most coffee shops they would mix the ingredients in the plastic cup I was getting or put the ingredients in the cup for me to mix. She was a bit rude explaining this to me as well. I wouldn’t go here if you have any allergies.

This was especially worse after they were ordered, paid for, was told yes, and to pull around and wait. They also would not answer the phone and all this could have been avoided by them just answering the phone and letting me know that they don’t offer the same services as the rest of the ellianos I have visited. Customer service and communication is non existent at this location.
- AMAlison MangMay 2, 20265.0Ellianos has great coffee! My favorite is the turtle blender. I ask them to make it half sweet and they tailor the drink to my request. I showed up 11 days after my birthday ready to buy my drink and they gave it to me as my birthday drink. Such a great surprise! ☺️

- IAifam asoApr 24, 20265.0Always a good experience here. The bagels are amazing. I go for the asiago every time. If you kike that cheese definitely try the bagels. I suggest bacon egg and cheese. The coffee drinks are delicious and never bitter. Muffins are delicious. I prefer cold over hot ,and they will give them that way. It's definitely worth a try. Staff is always sweet friendly and helpful. I think I met the owner as well and she seems nice as well.
