But went in and had my food was brought out to me as it was pre-order via mobile. Which I LOVE!! The server who delivered it was very personable and friendly.

My home town makes our drinks perfect every time. The Eustis, fla. location needs alot of training and needs ro follow instructions on the slip that prints to put on the cup from mobile orders

Another Ellianos in another city told me they don't charge for a cup of ice. Sorry, Eustis, you've lost a customer. Edit: I've now found a second Elianos that doesn't charge for ice.
