  Lots of restaurants serve breakfast and brunch. However 1st Watch is in a class of their own. An extensive unique menu offers so many terrific choices it’s very hard to decide. Your meal arrives in a timely fashion, even at peak hours. It is hot, if appropriate, and the presentation is great. No, I don’t own the place. lol. Just an extremely satisfied repeat customer!!

  Unfortunately just left, 4/22 at 1:36pm. Waited with no one else in line for them to take my order, took 5 mins to be acknowledged. After they took my order for 12 donuts, no one else in the store, they forgot that we were still waiting for them to get the donuts. I reminded them we were still waiting, since one of the three employees was picked up their phone. She then proceeded to tell me they were short staffed. Uh honey you were just staring at your phone, I’m the only one in your lobby and it’s 1:30 on a Wednesday. It’s was pretty funny.

  I’ve been waiting for my order for over 10 minutes, and it’s frustrating to see employees spending time talking instead of focusing on customer service. Before my order was prepared, three other orders were completed, which feels very unfair. I understand that every job has its challenges, but as a paying customer, I expect a basic level of efficiency and professionalism. Customers who choose Dunkin’ do so because they enjoy the brand, and this kind of experience should not affect that. I kindly suggest ensuring that staff are more attentive and focused during service. Thank you.

  the manager that works there have a nasty attitude towards me she also had her finger in my drink i simple said my drink should’ve came with cold foam inside it i want what i paid for she got so mad if you don’t like your job quit simple

  Came here on March 24th at around 7:30pm to order a medium hot latte with whole milk and two Splendas. The young man working there in drive thru put on the screen a large iced latte and said to pull around. I corrected him and asked if there was a price difference in the hot vs. iced beverage. There was. The iced is more expensive than the hot. Once it was corrected, I got my drink and it was 25% empty. I asked to make more steamed milk to actually fill the cup. I paid in cash and was told they didn’t have enough money to give me my change back in full, so I was short changed. I asked for my receipt and was told they don’t have printer paper. Where is management? This was unacceptable and it took almost ten minutes to complete the transaction and I was the only customer there. I will not be returning- ever.
