An extensive unique menu offers so many terrific choices it’s very hard to decide. Your meal arrives in a timely fashion, even at peak hours. It is hot, if appropriate, and the presentation is great. No, I don’t own the place. lol. Just an extremely satisfied repeat customer!!

The young man working there in drive thru put on the screen a large iced latte and said to pull around. I corrected him and asked if there was a price difference in the hot vs. iced beverage. There was. The iced is more expensive than the hot. Once it was corrected, I got my drink and it was 25% empty. I asked to make more steamed milk to actually fill the cup. I paid in cash and was told they didn’t have enough money to give me my change back in full, so I was short changed. I asked for my receipt and was told they don’t have printer paper. Where is management? This was unacceptable and it took almost ten minutes to complete the transaction and I was the only customer there. I will not be returning- ever.
