- THTyler Harris4 days ago1.0We went to go get food this today and we sat at the first window for over ten minutes so we went up to the second window the lady refused to take our Money and was trying to make us back up when there was 3 other cars behind us all the lady wanted to do was argue with us then she asked if she could give us anything to make it right even after her giving a free doughnut all the lady did was argue again I would never go back to this location if I didn’t have to give a star I wouldn’t and the food was super cold

WHY ON EARTH ARE THE DRIVE THRU WINDOWS REFLECTING THE SUN ON CUSTOMERS??? blindsided on a friday morning is crazy 2. Please get the workers sunglasses or sun protection, I have lived in this area for nearly 2 years and they have always been so sweet (SUNGLASSES) so they cannot strain their poor eyes. (It’s summer florida sun for God’s sake) 3. Please be mindful of what milk is put in, I asked for oatmilk and practically had an accident. Besides that the location is great. Overall 99% great quality & service!

But this time I went to another location but I didn’t notice that the location I ordered was this store. After I placed order I tried to call to cancel the order right away. Usually I only ordered coffee for myself but this time I ordered for my friends too so it was a pretty big order. I called them to cancel they said, they couldn’t cancel order. I couldn’t pick it up I was 1 hour away from this store (and I had placed new order at the store I was parking). They insisted they couldn’t cancel. So they just took my money $18 and I never picked up order and they never refund even though I disputed via credit card, too. I just quit all Dunkin products since then. I never ever go back to buy anything from Dunkin Donuts again. I tried to reach out customer support, too but they ignored. Dunkin! You’re losing a big loyal customer, I will never buy anything from this brand again. If you are just fair to your customer, you’ll get a lot of money from me cuz I went to Dunkin every week, 1-2 times a week. But I feel proud I finally can quit drinking coffee because of this incident. Thanks for being unfair to help me quitting your coffee and donuts, good for my health!
