- EZE ZMay 15, 20261.0So, I go with my kids to get some pizza. Between the three of them, they wanted two medium pepperoni pizzas. The total bill was around 35 bucks. I thought it was a lot of money, but I told the kids we would get pizza. After ringing up the pizzas, I look on the wall and it says that there is a manager special of a one topping large pizza for $9.99. So I said the young kid by the counter, I said, hey, there’s a special for a large pizza for $9.99, and I just paid over $17 for each medium pizza? He said yeah. I said well, how about we change the order so I can get the discount. He said no, I already rang it up. And I said, I’ve never been here before and you have this special there and you never thought to mention to me hey don’t get the medium pizza for $17. Why don’t you just get the manager special for $9.99. He said to me, the manager said if the customer doesn’t ask, we don’t mention it. I said well isn’t there anything you can do? He said no. I said not even free breadsticks? He said no. So that’s that. Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE.

You don't expect an elegant and amazing restaurant, but at the very least just right. Multiple times they have just messed up simple things like sauce amount or sides and an occasional undercook. I've issued complaints and they always just tell me it's a franchise and it's up to the location, but calling doesn't do much unless they need to remake your order and even then you'll have to wait. I just feel this store has lacked serious professionalism and I urge owners and management to reevaluate the pay structure to fix these issues. Most of the time you get lackluster service if someone is doing a very unsatisfying job for an even more unsatisfying compensation. Edit: the most recent order I made needed to be remade and they didn't make it right again
