This location has gone to shit, but of course it won’t fail since it’s a corporation. Quality of food has gone down tremendously chips are always stale and they don’t give a shit. I suggest taking a drive to the Leesburg location. They have better service.

I’m not sure what his exact position is, but he was incredibly professional, caring, genuine, and respectful. He didn’t give me any discount or special treatment at all. I just genuinely noticed the way he carries himself and treats customers. He seems like a very talented and hardworking employee, and honestly, I think Chipotle should do whatever they can to recognize him and give him a raise. Employees like Jordan are what make customers want to come back. He deserves to be recognized for the great person and employee he is.

Inconsistent with creating burritos, one put so much of ingredients, couldn’t roll the burrito, next employee was opposite, barely half of the ingredients the first employee put in burrito. All the proteins were out or very bottom of the pans and were dried out. Was obvious there was no pride in their work! Sloppy work line, even the restaurant tables were left uncleaned! Service but no hospitality!
