  Disgusting & Unclean. Discusting Staff Attitude. We tried to spend our money there. It is Sunday afternoon almost 2PM. Empty parking lot when we pulled up. I made a comment to my wife, "it's so dead I hope everything is fresh." We walked in to dirty tables everywhere with employees standing around. Most of the ingredient tins, as we were trying to order, were nearly empty and what was left dry (meat) and mixed with other ingredients. Hand prints and yuck all over the glass shield ... gunk everywhere... piles of burnt stuff pushed to the back of the grill. It was just gross. When we were being grossed out watching my bowl being put together, the girl struggling to get fresh ingredients for it, I said "Are one of you a manager?" A blond woman said, "Yes, What's up?" So we attempted to tell her what we were experiencing and she immediately got defensive and started making excuses and having an attitude. At one point in us trying to discuss this with them, the young girl who was attempting to help serve us actually said, "I cant be expected to do it all myself." I said, "And you shouldn't be expected to." The managers defensiveness and entitled attitude continued, so I said, "Nevermind. We are trying to communicate our experience and you are having an attitude. We'll go spend our money elsewhere." And we walked out with them saying with attitude "great! Goodbye! have a nice day!" And went and spent our money down the street at Zaxby's. BTW the manager saying, "Well, we passes Health Code." is not only a rude way to speak to a paying customer wanting to consume your food, but is considered the bottom of the requirement. Congrats to you. Very sad and unsafe to run a restaurant that way. 😢 We like Chipotle's Menu.

  i wish i could give this place zero stars they barley even give you a healthy amount of food at this location had to ask for more like 6 times also the workers look miserable and the kitchen looks like a mess

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after two bad experiences I felt the need to share my experiences. If I could give this Chipotle negative 3 stars I would. My first experience I ordered a Steak bowl meal in restaurant. I had to ask the gentleman to put new gloves on because I watched him touch the cashier/money to check someone out amongst many other surfaces before going to get my food. My request was met with lots of attitude. In hindsight, I should’ve just left. I had to ask if he could get fresh sides as most of them were brown, clearly very old, and gross. This request was also met with lots of attitude. I decided to give the location one more chance as maybe this was just a bad exp due to one employee. I did call ahead drive-through pick up. The order was almost completely wrong with only rice being correct and no steak at all in the steak bowl. Chipotle’s online system to get a refund was a joke. No success on a refund either time. This Chipotle in Eustis was way below minimal standard in almost all avenues. We will not be back. Do better Chipotle.
