  The garlic and Parmesan wings had no Parmesan 🤦‍♂️, and worst of all the blue cheese sauce was watery. I ordered three blue cheese sauces and we couldn't eat them.

  I have gone to this new location several times already and almost every time at least one of my items doesn’t make it in the bag. The first time, they forgot my sauce, and just now, I ordered ranch and Cajun corn and they both didn’t make it in the bag. When I asked about the ranch, he said they were out, so I requested another kind of sauce. It wasn’t until I got back in the car that I realized they didn’t include my corn either. You would think that they would tell you if they were out of something right when they give you your order and not wait for you to discover that each item is missing. I have worked in food service for several years and that is usually what we do. The wings are also almost always sitting in oil when I get them. On the upside the fries were really good today. I hate leaving negative reviews so I’ll delete this if I see the service improving but as of right now I see room for improvement.

  This is the second time I've ordered from Wingstop since they opened, and like other reviewers have mentioned, the employees definitely don't know the difference between ranch and blue cheese. I usually wouldn't make a big deal out of it, but they do charge extra for the sauce. Other than that, my food is usually ready when I arrive, and the employees are as friendly as can be expected of a fast food place. However, during my second visit, most of the fountain sodas were empty, and the tables were mostly dirty mind you the place was empty. I will return just because I like the food!

  Horrible, extremely rude staff at this Wingstop. I called the store because blue cheese was delivered instead of ranch. She said "Ok I'll give you a refund" and hung up. It's been 10 days with no refund. I called the store today and the "manager" said there was nothing they could do, and there's "not many females" that work there. He kept asking for my name, which i gave, I have a complicated last name & told him he might have misspelled it, but just kept saying nothing was coming up & had no intent in trying to get the right name. Not helpful at all. And he refused to take the order number instead? Worst Wingstop experience I've ever had.
