My wife had an early beach day for sunrise photos, and stopped at the Toasted Yoke by 8am. We were warmly greeted at the door by our server and walked to a table. The restaurant was basically empty, except for maybe 4 other guests.
It was very clean inside, with plenty of seating options.
Alcohol was available at the time, and they look like they have a full bar. My wife and I ordered a Bloody Mary and a Bloody Maria. The Vodka (Mary) is masked better than the Tequila (Maria), but still tasted great. Not a fault of the bartender. I'm just stating it so if people order one or the other. Vodka in general gets masked better in drinks. My wife happens to like the taste of tequila, so she was happy as a clam. Another drink we tried their Dragonfruit Stardust Energizer and it was quite refreshing. For me, it wasn't too sweet, but it was close. Either way, I drank it entirely.
For breakfast, I got the Yolk Lovers Breakfast with French Toast. With the French Toast I got blueberries that came with their blueberry compote. I would eat that again it was so good. The eggs were cooked to order, and the bacon had the right amount of crisp. My wife got the Rocky Mountain Omelette, and that was a mammoth! It was filled adequately with peppers and onions. My wife enjoyed it but couldn't finish it all. And we have big appetites. We both loved their hash brown casserole that came with the meals.
The server, whose name is not on the receipt, did fantastic. He kept checking in on us, and made sure we were taken care of. He was on top of everything. To the manager, if you want to pinpoint who it was that serve us to give kudos, we came in on 8/5/26 at 8:01 am. Table 21.
All in all, for a first time stop for us, this place was great. The service was top notch, the portions were large, and the food tasted great. Thanks for the great experience.
