  Waited 25 minutes in line just to wait another 20 minutes on the speaker pad with no one to answer. Didn’t get a chance to try the food but assuming if the service matched the experience it’s equally as bad. worst property I’ve been to, would not recommend and will not be back here.

  The new business model stinks!! Waited for service to order.... Ended up having to use the kiosk (hate it). Simple order took over 10 minutes with a handful of people at Best in the restaurant. No drink station.... No condiment station.... Very unwelcoming atmosphere. BTW....The cheeseburgers have the smallest meat patty I've ever seen.... Last time I'll walk into a McDonald's!!!
