    Sandwich served to me didn’t taste like the other locations. Didn’t even ask what bread I’d like and the bread seemed old and was hard.

    Guy making sandwiches can read the tickets. Can not handle crowds. Remakes a large percentage of sandwiches and runs out of bread. If you come here with a crowd expect a long wait. The sides also seem to argue between each other.

    They should've stayed at Dunkin' Donuts. They don't know how to wrap the sandwich, and the meat inside bursts out like an explosion with each bite. Worst JJ experience ever had.

    For some unknown reason, every time I have visited a Jimmy John's, the crew seems obsessed with preparing the sandwich as I am paying the cashier. There's one major problem with their effort at speedy service. They seldom get the order correct. Here's some advice that they'll probably ignore. Slow it down some. I can spare a couple of minutes so the sandwich is prepared correctly. On second thought, I should be at Publix deli which sells more subs than anyone else in Florida, and never gets it wrong.

    Ordered 2 sandwiches ( Italian night club Italian unwich), and bought a frenchi. Got home which is 11 miles and 25 minutes away. Started eating and realized that something tasted off. No mayo, no cheese..in either sandwich. We had no mayo or cheese at home or I would have used my own- even though I payed for it in my sandwich. They also left out the ranch cup I payed for. I called to explain. Sounded like the person who made my sandwich answered the phone. He said if I came back he would remake both sandwiches . I explained I could not drive back 25 minutes and then back home again another 25 minutes ...has to be at work -hence the “fast food” choice. Not to mention the cost of gas and my time. He took down my phone number and assured me his manager would call me back so I can return the following day so they could remake the sandwiches. No surprise...never got a call back. I came back Friday afternoon and spoke to Nick- who was extremely RUDE. He offered to give me a buy one get one sandwich and said I should be grateful “ he’s trying to be nice about it” there was nothing even remotely nice about his tone And the way he was starring at me. I told him I was very upset and was going to talk to his superior and he scoffed and said “ I don’t care, go ahead” wow.. are usually do not go out of my way to leave negative reviews unless I had a very unpleasant experience and this would count in my top 5. Waste of time, money, and unnecessary major stress. I went to Publix and bought two subs . Jimmy johns never again
