  Sandwich served to me didn’t taste like the other locations. Didn’t even ask what bread I’d like and the bread seemed old and was hard.

  Guy making sandwiches can read the tickets. Can not handle crowds. Remakes a large percentage of sandwiches and runs out of bread. If you come here with a crowd expect a long wait. The sides also seem to argue between each other.

  They should've stayed at Dunkin' Donuts. They don't know how to wrap the sandwich, and the meat inside bursts out like an explosion with each bite. Worst JJ experience ever had.

  Consistently the worst staff of any JJs I have ever been to. I now drive the extra few miles north to the one by Kroger. My order always has something wrong with it, and it often takes a significant amount of time to make my sandwich.

  The blt i got for lunch was a sorry excuse for a blt. Way too much bread. Not nearly enough lettuce or tomato and the bacon was cold and old. Totally disappointed. Wont go back.
