- SSShannon2 days ago1.0Do I even need to say anything… disgusting. It seems everytime I order from this Chipotle the food is low quality and a waste of money. Luckily was able to get a full refund from DoorDash. Go someone else if you want Mexican.
- MPMariah P.3 days ago1.0I got a pickup order and the guacamole was basically my whole order as I have severe food allergies. When it came it looked like an actual pile of dog shit. There was a gigantic CHUNK of avocado skin in the guac for crying out loud. FYI, guacamole is supposed to be GREEN not blackish brown. I've never ordered from a chipotle that was so nasty. I couldn't even eat it because I knew it was going to give me raging diarrhea. Very disappointed. The employees here do not care about the food that they are preparing and serving to people and it shows. They just don't care about the actual food they are making. Hire better employees who actually care. I would be embarrassed if I owned this restaurant.

Explained to the manager that the app is not allowing me to remove the pricing for the free guac/chips. Manager and staff were rude, short and couldn't care less indicating that they could not help me. This level of service is just unacceptable. I emailed customer service at the corporate website and they replied that they too could not help me! This is just crazy. Too many food choice alternatives to be treated so poorly. I hope that a Chipotle leader reads some of these online reviews! John I followed through on the Chipotle website and used the "contact us" customer service link and they replied that they cannot help me! Once again, unacceptable service......
