  Ordered through the drive through and waited 10 minutes for the food when I got off of work. I ordered 2 steak chalupas and a crunchwrap. When I got home and went to eat my chalupas they were rock hard. I work hard for my money and expect what I purchase to at least be edible. I do not expect to receive food that's as hard as a rock and could break a tooth.

  Had a pickup order, ordered a luxe box and nothing was in a box. The chips were thrown on the bottom and were crushed. There were no straws for the obvious drinks that were ordered and none of the sauces we ordered were in the bag. The crispy chicken tacos in the luxe box were barely wrapped as well. For almost 40$ you’d think they’d be better at getting the order correct and bagged properly. Also had flat soda. Go somewhere else or make your own cheap tacos.

  When yo the front to order every body ignore me 100% is Luke I was invisible, after a while a lady with black hair told me it will take a moment so I keep on waiting and after a while she told me to go to order at the kiosk, which I didn't want to after waiting for too long, people there are very rude and not professional, don't go there
