  Hardly any tables. Didn't have bananas for a bunch of the drinks. Staff was friendly

  Came in this morning through the drive thru, we had a large order and it was ready by the time we came to the window. The service here is always excellent, and my mother said her coffee tasted amazing. Truly one of the quickest Dunkin Donuts’ we have in the area!

  I have never in my life ever experienced such rude customer service. I went through the drive-through today to ask if I could get a cinnamon roll and the lady yelled back at me that they call it a coffee roll and I said oh OK thank youand then she made a very snide remark Towards me

  Sent a mobile order for pick up, food was ready when I arrived but waited on the cocoa cloud latte for 10+ minutes. The employee who finally made it had no idea how - the cup was half full of milk. He added a small shot of espresso (drink doesn't even have espresso and I didnt ask for it), a few pumps of choc/caramel syrup then proceeded to fill the cup with more milk. Never added cold brew coffee. No chocolate cold cream. Didn't have time to wait for someone to make it and he seemed confused when I said it wasnt right. Left without my coffee and no response for a refund. Very disappointing. Theres almost always something missing from the order, but its usually a small request and no need to make a fuss but today was a different level.
