  If I could, I'd give ZERO stars. So many times I have been to this location & been disappointed. I understand that it can be difficult to hire good staff, but it doesn't excuse not having food, poor service & dirty dining room. Today was absolutely the worst. My 17 yr old son, who is not confrontational, went with his girlfriend & they waited over 20 minutes in line for the person at the window to tell them(even though they ordered online) that they didn't have any of the donuts they ordered. So, after asking for a refund they got a young girl who just gave them attitude. When my son told her that they weren't leaving without either a refund or gift card, another man came up behind the girl at the register & started in on my son. Making snide remarks & pointing his finger in my son's face. My son was trying his best to de -escalate the situation, & another lady came up & finally gave him a refund. This is just uncalled for. I hope that a district manager sees this message & will do better. We are super disappointed in this. A formal complaint has been submitted.

  If I could give less stars I would. This location is probably the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts in this state. After waiting for 30 minutes in a line that you can’t get out of they are rude and they burn your food..that is when they get the order right which isn’t very often. They blame their systems being down on a regular basis

  place and it was awful. They left me waiting a long time. When I decided to go to the window, it seemed they didn't like it and made me wait. My order was online, then I couldn't find it, and in the end, they messed it up. What a disappointment! If they don't want to work, they shouldn't, but they should respect their customers. I don't recommend it.

  How is this place always slow at the worst times even if they have staff? Donuts can be dry they are usually a hit or miss. I’ve ordered oat milk in my coffee and gotten regular milk on multiple occasions. Bagel size has decreased as well as the quality of other foods. Sad to see how bad of a turn Dunkin has taken!

  The service was extremely poor and the cleanliness of the restaurant was horrible! The establishment was no where near closed, and yet the floor was littered with garbage, belongings of the employees, and all of the chairs were stacked upon the tables. When I went to the counter to place my order, I was not greeted. Rather, I was stared at with contempt until I told the employee my order. After finishing my first order of a donut, I returned to the counter to place a second order, only to be ignored for over 10 minutes! Employees walked past me wordlessly… Finally, I decided to leave the building, and only once I returned was I served, once again however with pure disrespect. Overall, I had an absolutely horrible experience, Dunkin’ should be ashamed to hire such unprofessional employees… I will admit, my beverage was perfect— although no thanks to the employee. The flavor of my donut was satisfactory, but I would rate it a 0/10 on appearance. The frosting was sloppily sludged over the dry, crusty dough… nearly nauseating to look at.
