- CVCindy Velasquez3 days ago1.0I’m extremely disappointed with this location. I paid extra for chicken in my bowl, yet the portion I received didn’t even appear to be a full regular serving. If customers are paying an upcharge, they should receive the extra portion they paid for. The portion sizes through the drive-thru are consistently smaller than when ordering inside the restaurant. I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances, but every visit has resulted in the same issue. It’s frustrating that customers are left questioning whether they’ll actually get what they paid for. On top of that, I waited almost 25 minutes in the drive-thru. I understand that it was a busy evening, but after waiting that long, I expected my order to be accurate. Instead, I got home and realized I was shorted on the chicken I paid extra for. This experience was disappointing and not what I expect from Chipotle

I didn't feel like bothering them again very frustrated

Ordered through a delivery service and it arrived on time, but one of the containers was tilted in the bag and leaked everywhere. The food itself deserves better, but missing the protein and the sloppy packaging. I know they can do better.

Can you believe after the first time I decided to try again months later because the manger at the time was nice and told me to give them another try and they remade the food. I don’t know if I have shitty luck but I bought their food again lastnight and right there in my food there is hair again. The hair is not my hair , color or pattern . Tried calling multiple times and no answer so I had to drive back there and the new manager was VERY VERY RUDE. Please stay away from this place!!!! I’m forever done with chipotle.Once bitten, twice shy , Id be a fool to go back a 3rd time.
