  Ordered a large 3 topping pizza and drove by to pick it up. My order was supposed ready when I got there. Paid online so all I needed to do is pick it up. Drove back home and when I opened the box it was a plain cheese pizza. No ham. No onions. No mushrooms. I had to drive back about 5 miles and have them replace the pizza. No offer of compensation or anything. No apology or expression of being sorry for the mistake. A week before they gave me parmesan cheese Shaker instead of the red pepper that I paid extra for. I was letting that go. The problem is with this generation is they have no convictions or feeling of responsibility so they act as though nothing has happened. That's generally why they have a disconnect between their service and the customer. It's a shame that people don't feel any personal responsibility to any of their actions. But don't mess up their pay check cause if you do they scream to high heaven.

  The worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to, customer service was terrible. After waiting for my order for more than an hour, they gave me what I didn't order, and not even an apology.

  Just moved into the area and wanted to order from this location despite the reviews. They pulled the old "steal a slice from the pizza pie and push the pizza back together" trick. The slices and crust didn't line up because of the clearly removed slice. Disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again and I would not recommend others do so either.

  Ok, so I get a pizza deal from Puzza Hut and its $10 ANY pizza, So I building an awesome pizza and when I go to check out it charges me a $6 delivery fee and tip is expected....soo $16 for a $10 pizza AND then it says DIDN'T ORDER ENOUGH TO GET A DELIVERY!!!.. REALLY...WELL HERE'S A DELIVERY BACK AT YOU!...I WILL NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT!..THE MONEY GRUBBING WAYS OF CORPORATE RUN BUSINESSES WILL ONLY STOP IF WE BOYCOTT THEM!...MY BOYCOTT STARTS NOW!! NEVER AGAIN!
