I ordered the vanilla matcha with lavender cold foam. I was disappointed because the matcha flavor was very minimal and the cold foam didnt taste like lavender. The drink was just too sweet and was not advertised correctly because it seems like they substitute the lavender cold foam.

It's not Starbucks, but still pretty good drinks. I've tried their chai, matcha, and "pink drink". They're not overly sweet.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. Girl with blue eyes at drive through trying to charge me more than I should have been charged. I genuinely asked her why my order was $13.xx when she told me a large was $4.95 at the drive thru speaker and my only other coffee was a small so I imagine It would be less than the large but when I get to the window I'm told $13+ and I ask why she instantly look annoyed. I pulled out my app and the price was cheaper on the app. She argued with me and told me I can do It on the app if I want. Then after I paid, she told me "It's on the house" ....I just showed her the screen that showed It was paid and she received the ticket on her end. PAID. And she had the nerve to give me such a hard time for trying to understand pricing. I just moved to the area and drive by this location every single day even the weekend and I will rather drive to any other coffee shop that can hire employees that understand customer service than go back to this location and feel like a bother to her job. Treated with rudeness the entire transaction. Maybe offer clear pricing on your menu. What was supposed to be a quick coffee experience ended up turning to an argument from the worker and me being late to pickup my son all because the worker didn't want to take the time to help me understand why the pricing was so high and different from the mobile app pricing.
