  Person at the pick up window was AMAZING!! ( Saturday night) she was short with black hair . She made sure the soda was to my liking- she noticed the soda was off flavor. Her attention to detail and super customer service was stellar! I was blown away. You usually don’t get someone that cares so much at a fast food restaurant. I hope she goes far in life! Very impressive!

  Food quality and taste is not consistent. Payed for extra meat and got less than the usual portion size, something is always missing or messed up. I’d say don’t waste your money here. Very disappointing ☹️

  Tried to get food. I was starving and wanted a steak bowl. Employee was very nice and said he didn’t feel comfortable serving the steak he could make fresh steak, but it would take five minutes, but the other employees were not OK with it. Employees were just standing around not doing anything. tables were dirty and not cleaned so I decided to leave without getting any food. I will never return thanks chipotle.

  go to this chipotle cause it’s 3 minutes away from my house, but i think id rather drive the extra 7 minutes to the other one than go back to this one. portions are horrible. you ask for more rice, they put 3 more grains in your bowl. ask for another scoop of meat, they put the amount into your bowl that’ll make it look like you have 1 scoop, then charge you an extra 3 dollars for it. service is horrible, all employees have horrible attitudes. never going back.

  I ordered pick up from this location for the first time and came away impressed and surprised by some of the lower ratings I saw. Like always, I used the app to order and was informed the earliest pick up would be 12:10 PM. I actually arrived at 12:05 PM, a little early, but I thought I would go through just in case. Sure enough, my order was ready. The gentlemen giving my food was nice and handled my drink order appropriately. I brought the food back to my office and the quality and quantity was up to the usual standard from other stores I have been to in the past. I will say, that in the store closer to my house, I did catch a conversation between workers discussing a focus on making sure not to over proportion food. So it might be a corporate/franchise owner issue with the proportion sizes to try and control cost. Regardless, this store was spot on.
