  They will park you in the spot from the drive thru and leave you sitting there forever. Then not even give you straws. Mind you all I got was 2 drinks and waited 30 mins and to call to get the drinks

  This location is closest to me but is by far the worst in the area with regards to customer service, wait times and food. I have given this location, several opportunities to make things right and every time they fail, I will not be going back even though this one is the closest to me. My last encounter at this location, I placed an order for two sugar free iced coffees on the app. I figured there was no way they could miss this up. I get to the drive-through there is only one car ahead of me and one car behind me. We get to the second window and are told to pull to the waiting area to wait for two iced coffees. We did just what they told us to do and the iced coffee’s never came. We waited about five or six minutes and I finally went inside and picked them up myself. Neither one was sugar-free and were by far the worst iced coffees I’ve ever tasted. I will not be back to this location. Management needs to step in because even though this was my last time going there, every time that I have been to this location, there is a problem every time.
