  We had dinner at Angler & Ale and had an amazing experience. A young gentleman from South Africa, Ralph, gave us outstanding service from start to finish. Party of 28, He worked seamlessly to make the entire evening great, and the kids were all well taken care of. Excellent food, excellent service, and a wonderful ambiance definitely a memorable night.

  Excellent restaurant. Manger Rohan and Chef Blake certainly have this place operating as a top restaurant in the keys. Had dinner here 4 times last week. All were amazing.

  The Bartenders Jose and Eric were so nice! Jose served us very delicious drinks and we had funny chats with him. You are in really good hands if he serves you the next drink ;). All in all we had a wonderful experience and the atmosphere with the live music was perfect and comfy.

  This was our first time dining here and it didn't disappoint. We were greeted politely at the host stand and sat right away. Our server, India, was very attentive and friendly. Our appetizers were brought to us in a timely manner and shortly thereafter came our entrees. We had the Lobster Ravioli and the Firecracker Shrimp. Both dishes were delicious. Shortly thereafter the manager Bill stopped by our table to see if everything was fine. Very professional. We'll be back.

  I had high hopes for our visit to Angler & Ale, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We were seated fairly quickly, which was a great start. Our waitress took our orders, brought us water, and then completely disappeared. She never came back to check on our table, refill our drinks, or see if we needed anything. To make matters worse, my meal came out completely wrong. While everyone else at the table was served, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my correct meal to arrive. By that time, everyone else had already been eating, and their food had become cold. Good customer service includes checking on your guests, making sure drinks stay full, and correcting mistakes promptly. Unfortunately, none of that happened during our visit. I left very disappointed with both the service and the overall dining experience. I hope Angler & Ale takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the service and the timing of their food.
