  Took 11 minutes for a large ff. No employee would make eye contact if you stand at front counter. 7 employees and a manager there couldnt get any help for 11 minutes then was given old fries that sat there waiting while i was. Just terrible customer service. Hire robots

  It's McDonald's, sometimes the fries are amazing and sometimes cold n soggy. Kinda hit or miss unfortunately.

  I’ve been in line to pick up an order for over 15 minutes. That doesn’t include the 20 minute drive it took to get here that they had already had time to complete and pack the order. When I got here there were only 2 people in line at the drive through. EVERYTIME I come here no matter what time it is (currently 12:50am) it’s a disaster. Do better.

  Seems everytime i come to this McDonald's I ask for extra mustard but I always get extra ketchup and alot of times the food is not hot and fresh

  Always dirty, never been in this location and it not be dirty. Only had one good interaction with management out of probably 10 and it was still dirty that one day. Now to management, literally the worst I’ve ever seen, I was once a MD manager (for 2yrs) and never had a complaint on me so I know what I’m talking about. Just today I seen an entire family walk in, wait at the counter just to get ignored, then pack all the kids back into car &leave. The one time I had to tell a manager on how to do her job properly. The food is always thrown together so no quality checks going on by managers, I stopped ordering myself food because of that. I waited entirely way too long for a 6pck kids meal when I was looking at 6ppl doing cut work or drive through. Two managers yet I wait over 5minuets for a 6pck. FINALLY a worker asked me if I needed help, took him less than 30sec to get my food. Do better this location. Genuinely do better. Management is TERRIBLE. Losing business because of management is very real. 5person family walked out today because of it.
