  Had a great experience today for our son’s birthday. Our server Diego was outstanding and all staff to be honest. Definitely recommend for a kids party !

  Horrible service came in with a Groupon and I tried to come in they said I couldn’t bring in a water bottle because they serve drinks. I asked for a refund and they said I couldn’t get a refund because I have to book another reservation to get a refund. Lady at the front had a lot of attitude and was rude. They stated we need our ids even though we have a picture and we’re all 18. Is this topgolf or am I entering a correctional facility.

  I gave it mainly 3 stars because they are not generous with your time that you purchase to play. Your play time starts when you put in your information in the system in your pod. We only had 5 people, none of us has ever been here, and it took 15 minutes off of our hour. With the food, the chicken fingers were fried so hard they looked old. We were told there was nothing they could do about it and wouldn't take it off the order. The nachos had steak ordered medium well and was basically cooked over well-done. When the server was told about it, he tried to discourage us from reordering, giving us flimsy excuses. Topping it off, we were rushed out of our area and some of our food was not even delivered yet. We spent almost $200 and we really didn't get our monies worth. Only one and a half hours spent there.

  My server I think his name was Sebastian was extremely helpful and kind. We spilled water not once but twice and he had the floor and table clean in less than 2 minutes. The platter of food we got was great as well, chicken sliders are a must. Gameplay was fun and competitive no surprise there but the service was something else, definitely recommend.

  We came to top golf and the front desk lady named Courtney that works here was super rude and was not understanding of the situation. We came in trying to make a reservation and the lady told us she couldn’t make it for us made everything super complicated. We understand that there were no bays available but the way she handled this situation was a disaster and very disappointing. I have been to this top golf many times and have never experienced this horrible customer service. She is very aggressive and not someone Topgolf should have at their front desk, front desk people are supposed to be welcoming and patient. We were explaining the miscommunication and she took it personally and was rolling her eyes giving us attitude instead of just taking it as constructive criticism to better her customer service. We did not come to her with attitude so we were confused when our kindness was not reciprocated back. This situation was handled horribly. I never write reviews but it was that disappointing.
