  Our experience at Negroni Doral last Sunday for brunch was quite disappointing. The air conditioning was broken, and with the heat being so high, the atmosphere was incredibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the service was exceptionally slow and did not match the premium price we paid.

  I recently visited Negroni in Doral and ordered from the 2025 Miami Spice menu. One of my favorite parts of the experience was being introduced to foods I had never tried before, such as pâté, which ended up being surprisingly enjoyable. The Miami Spice menu offered a great variety of well-prepared dishes that let me experience flavors I was looking forward to exploring. The restaurant also had a welcoming, chic atmosphere that made the meal feel special without being overly formal, leaving me comfortable and eager to return. I observed the staff from time to time, and it seems as if they all bond closely, almost like a family. Our server was very kind and patient whenever my parents had confusion with the menu. What impressed me most was the variety of the menu. My mom and I enjoy trying more refined dishes with thoughtful presentation. At the same time, my dad usually prefers simpler meals like burgers and is not particularly interested in Michelin-style dining or elaborate plating. Negroni's extensive menu, perfect for families and groups with varied tastes, offers everything from Latin American cuisine to Italian dishes and sushi. Because of this wide selection, everyone in our group found something they genuinely enjoyed. I would highly recommend Negroni for families or groups with diverse tastes, since it offers high-quality food and enough variety to satisfy both adventurous diners and those who prefer more familiar options.

  quiero destacar el increíble servicio de Carlos. Su atención fue impecable desde el principio, siempre con una actitud amable, profesional y con excelentes recomendaciones.   La comida está bien buena y es servicio también. Pero el restaurante el aire acondicionado estaba roto , tenían ventiladores puesto Pero haci todo para mi es una mala experiencia ya que comiendo y sudando para mi es lo peor . Y el baño parece un sauna .

  Ana es simplemente la mejor. Su atención fue excepcional de principio a fin, siempre pendiente de nosotros y con una actitud increíble. Además tuvo muchísimos detalles que hicieron nuestra experiencia aún más especial. La comida estuvo espectacular y el servicio fue impecable. Personas como Ana son la razón por la que uno vuelve a Negroni. ¡100% recomendada!
