When you call you’re greeted by a very rude person who claims to be the store manager “Matias Rodriguez” who expects people to open up pizza boxes in front of the carrier to make sure your order is correct instead of trying to right the situation or make sure that orders are actually going out correctly. Save yourself the headache and just order papa John’s or Pizza Hut if you’re looking for quick chain pizza. It’s my own fault really for giving them the benefit of the doubt and not reading all the negative reviews prior. Update: the manager won’t even come out to show his face or speak to customers when you decide to drive to the store to fix the problem.

The driver named Humberto marked the order as "Completed" an hour after I placed it, never received my pizza, and kept MY money. After I called the store multiple times, they never answered, and whenever they did, they would hang up immediately or leave themselves muted. This is not the way to treat customers. CORPORATE: You need to make this right and compensate me for far more than what I paid, not only didn't you give me what I paid for, you caused unwanted psychological distress, having me jump through hoops just to speak to a human being on the phone and get my money back. Look at your reviews, everybody despises your service. Chalk up on your responsibility to the consumer and OWN YOUR failures.
