  I had such a horrible, uncomfortable experience at this chipotle yesterday. The employee who was taking my order, a tall guy, kept trying to flirt with me and making uncomfortable comments while I was just trying to get my food. I felt so awkward and it made me want to leave immediately. Another thing that concerned me was how he was repeatedly talking down to one of his coworkers, literally right in front of me and other customers. He wasn't just talking down to her, but he was also making inappropriate comments towards her. I could tell that she was clearly uncomfortable. The food itself was fine but this employee made for a bad experience. There needs to be something done about this, I'm very upset!!! I really hope management addresses this, I really don't know how it hasn't yet.

  Walked out as soon as I walked in, Walked into Chipotle. Saw the food. Walked out. Haven’t been to chipotle in a few months , decided sure why not , walked out as soon as I walked in. Everything on the line was in disgusting molds , crusty , dried , unappetizing 🤢

  Ate here proportions are minimal, like I mean half a spoon of rice, half a spoon of beans and 1/3 of meat, I’ve never seen a chipotle burrito fit HALF THE PALM IF MY HAND, to compare a normal burrito is around the size of my hand plus another half, a small one will range around the size of my hand and like a finger or 2, but never half the size of my hand, mangers here dident help but just eyes them on portions, the amount chipotle says a burrito is 740-1210 this was like 400. Would never go again.

  I’m honestly so disappointed in the service and environment at this Chipotle. I come here multiple times a week, and unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed employees being treated poorly. During my recent visit, the cashier, Valeska, was yelled at by another employee with dark black hair right in front of customers. It was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and uncomfortable to watch. What made it even worse was that I asked Valeska for the other employee’s name afterward, and she seemed too scared or uncomfortable to even say it. That honestly says a lot about the work environment at this location. No employee should feel intimidated at work, and no customer should have to witness that kind of treatment. Workers deserve respect and a comfortable shift just like anyone else. Management seriously needs to address the behavior and atmosphere at this Chipotle.

  The new staff super young the have zero customer service. I ordered tacos with chicken and then the lime cilantro sauce, they didn’t know how to serve and they made a complete mess on top of the tacos, I didn’t know that sauce was super spicy and the guy poured a lot, so it was impossible for me to eat it, then they told me they will prepare it again, i decided to change the protein and they said I can’t because it has to be the same protein, they confused me with creating a new order and make a refund. I was so upset I didn’t eat anything but they didn’t make any refund either. Never come back to that branch
