    This was my first time coming to this location and was disappointed. I got the pimento sandwich since it was back in season and one of my favorites and when I open the sandwich there was barely any pimento at all and I’m not exaggerating. My medium fries only had 5 fries in it and my sauces where all thrown in my bag, not that it’s that big of a deal but the Chick-fil-A I usually go to puts them in a little bag and it’s something I really love about Chick-fil-A. So I was a little disappointed when I saw that this Chick-fil-A does not hold them self to the standard as the one 1 mile away.

    First time at this store.. Ordered a Mobile Order. After 22 minutes in, one employee distributing the food with a line of cars and no sign of my order, I decided to call the employee and advised to cancel the order. She went inside and came back to tell me that my order is next. I told her that I wanted cancel and refund. She went back inside to find out about the refund and came back with my order. I told her that I don't want the order and would like a refund. She went back inside, comes out with my order once again and said that because it was a Mobile order, I cannot receive a refund. Told her to keep the order and left. Heads-up: They will deliver the drinks first to "calm" you down so get ready to wait. Never again.

    Terrible. This is the second chance I’ve given this place, and the service is still awful. They’re seriously damaging the reputation of the entire franchise.

    I visited this new Chick-fil-A location and had a very disappointing experience. I spent about 30 minutes in the drive-thru, which caused me to be late to my destination. What made it even more frustrating was watching multiple cars that were behind me receive their food before I did. My order was simple: a salad, chicken nuggets, and a combo meal. Because of the long wait and being in a rush, I didn't have time to check my order before leaving. When I arrived at my destination, I discovered that my sandwich was missing from the bag. This location has potential, but there are clearly issues with drive-thru operations and order accuracy that need to be addressed. I would recommend adding more staff to the drive-thru and converting the mobile order lane into a regular drive-thru lane to help improve traffic flow. Having two regular drive-thru lanes could significantly reduce wait times and improve the customer experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements.
