The guy at the register was friendly and obviously new. One of the workers did say they were training the employees. I can understand training and I'm sympathetic to a point. I paid my hard earned money for a service that as far as I'm concerned not even better than McDonald's, and we all know they have horrible service at McDonald's. Very disappointed!!! The owner needs to give me my money back!!

Your server and 2 cooks were too busy talking to even acknowledge us long enough to say it would be a moment but could look over at us like we were a Inconvenience and go back to talking... Also there were 3 families there before us that were Obviously regretting their orders and Done waiting too. Sad because Smash has great food but This Location Needs Some Serious Service Improvement
