Raphael was amazing—very friendly, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. I also had a chance to speak with the new owner, who took the time to explain the menu, answer my questions, and help me figure out what to order. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience and making sure people leave satisfied. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better customer service. Raphael and the new ownership definitely made this visit worth 5 stars. I’ll be back!
- RMRandy MarshSep 2, 20261.0I came in for the $5 burger that I saw in a sign outside on the sidewalk and a water. The indoor menu DOES NOT even show the $5 burger. They were playing horrible rap music. I asked for a plain burger no seasoning. I then paid not knowing the young black guy was charging me $3.50 for a cup of water till I looked on the receipt. On top of that the burger was loaded with seasoning and to make matters worse I tipped on the credit card reader because I thought my first time here so I don’t know what’s customary. But turns out I should NOT have tipped. They got the burger all wrong and charged me for water all while playing some horrible rap music. FIRST TIME / LAST TIME screw this scamming burger joint.

He was wearing AirPods and was talking on the phone the whole time. A 5 year old could provide better customer service.

(I know very big back of me) but I can’t help it. Great food, clean atmosphere, dope music &’ the manager is very respectful, great attitude and just cool asf. 10/10 place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
