  I ordered through the Papa John’s App. On the instructions it has you specify to “Leave order at my door” or “Door delivery”. My husband and I were returning home from an 8 hr trip so we ordered Papa John’s to be left at our door, so when we arrived it would be there and we could eat and go to bed. My door camera alerted me someone was there and sure enough, there was the delivery guy from Papa John’s banging on my door and he called me saying he was there. I told him we chose leave at door on the app and he said that was only for Covid… The guy was so mad and ended up taking the pizza we ordered with him.. Also, we did tip him in advance…..Uuuummmm what? This guy got really rude and argumentative so I hung up on him and called the store. Explained to the manager and she agreed that it clearly says leave at door on the app and the receipt. Summary: Delivery drivers hired here insane and scary.

  Awful it should give you an option to give zero stars, we ordered our pizza and about and hour went by so we called and they said that our delivery driver was on the way, then waited about another hour and called again for the girl to say the driver just came and picked it up? Like really then like 30 minutes went by and we live like 8 minutes from the shop and still didn’t get anything not one car we’ve seen, we then called again and told them and they told us they could cancel it and make it again which was fine but then they were talking to my bfs mom and she was trying to tell them the pizza never came AND THEY HUNG UP😡😡😤 like they didn’t even care so screw you guys never ordering from you guys again, you guys could’ve been a little nicer instead of just hanging up the phone that’s bs point blank!

  If I could have given no stars, I would have. Shitty customer service. Food never came and employee said order was picked up (we waited 30 minutes when it is only 2 miles away) and food never came. Employee had an attitude and hung up the phone on us. Would not recommend. STEER CLEAR go ANYWHERE else.
