Food is pretty consistent with other locations which is good. Service can vary depending on your server. Mostly have had good experiences here except once or twice but other than that. It’s a pretty safe choice for lunch or dinner.

I have not been an Outback in quite a while. I decided to stop in after a haircut next door, it's 5 o'clock on a Sunday and let me tell you I think I'm impressed. They have a special 3 item menu prix fix for less than 20 bucks. Delicious! Food quality and taste was outstanding.

I have visited other locations in this restaurant chain; however, I must say that I will not be returning to this particular one. The service was very poor from the moment we arrived; both the hostess and our server had really bad attitudes. The portion sizes were very small, though the food itself tasted fine. Someone who appeared to be a manager came over to ask how everything was, but we chose not to say anything because the atmosphere already felt tense. I hope they can improve their service and increase their portion sizes a bit, as the quantity did not justify the price.

Was told a 45 min wait for a party of 7. When 40 minutes went by, hostess came out and asked the name of the party. No mention of ready table. Went in to check at 50 minutes and was told they text me 18 minutes prior. I showed my phone to her where it shows I received the "welcome" text but nothing since. She said she did. Then, she tapped the screen to send the text and it went through.🤬 She then said they had a table ready for us but was giving the waitor about 5 minutes to get ready. We asked if we could go ahead and sit down and wait for him since we had already waited outside for 45 mins. She said no, we asked why, she said it was not policy. I don't see the difference between sitting and waiting and standing and waiting. The hostess was rude, trying to blame her mistake (texting that our table was ready) on me, then another team member, then policy.

My family and I eat at the Outback Steakhouse on a regular basis. Sometimes we dine there twice a week. I have almost always found the Outback Steakhouse to provide good service and good food. I have always ordered the Rockhampton Ribeye and found it to be a thick, well marbled, and flavorful steak. My wife and daughters are fans of the Filet Mignon & Alice Springs Chicken. While on our family vacation we went to the Outback Steakhouse. I decided to try the new Down Under Delmonico Ribeye, described as a thick-cut 15 oz ribeye known for its rich marbling and tenderness. This steak was the thinnest Ribeye I have ever been served with the exception of a restaurant in El Paso, TX. The steak was greasy, thin, lacking in flavor and surprisingly full of gristle versus marbling. Gristle is the tough, unchewable, white tissue sometimes mistaken for marbling by amateur steak connoisseurs. In culinary and butchery terms, it is generally referred to as connective tissue (specifically elastin) or sinew. Unlike the softer, melt-in-your-mouth intramuscular fat (marbling), gristle never breaks down when cooked. Additionally the restaurant literally ran out of A.1. Steak Sauce just before our meal arrived at our table. I consider A.1 Steak Sauce an essential part of any steak dinner. I use A.1. Marinade at home and the my daughter and I typically use an obscene amount of A.1. on our steak. My middle daughter refuses to eat her steak without A.1. Steak Sauce. The server was apologetic but lacked the authority to send someone to a grocery store to purchase any A.1. Steak Sauce. The manager was walking past our table and briefly said he was the manager & hoped everything was good while continuing to walk past our table. I told him no, everything is not okay. How does the Outback Steakhouse run out of A.1. Steak Sauce? He stammered and said he was not allowed to leave the restaurant to go purchase A.1. and further, ge was not authorized to send an employee to purchase any either. We had an early dinner and the dinner rush had not even begun. I told him my daughter wouldn't eat her steak without A.1. and he would likely lose business on a weekend evening if the servers informed guests the restaurant was out of A.1. prior to taking the order. If not, I told him the restaurant would be comping a lot of meals. He just nervously chuckled and walked away. No offer to comp our meal. No offer to provide us with gift cards to use on our next purchase. Nothing at all. The server was awesome and clearly felt awful about the situation. She thanked me for sharing my voice with the manager. We were stunned that the manager of a reputable Steakhouse was so nonchalant and apparently lacked the operational foresight to maintain stock inventory.
