  Really? Using Made in China shrimp? It tasted like the freezer on my expensive shrimp sandwich. Cutting corners these days. Better tell the owner to get off his or her yacht and correct this You guys nake a fortune in booze, so I guess the food doesn't matter anymore.

  AVOID this altogether. Waiting for over an hour is ridiculous and believe me they had several tables available so I know they were not maxed out. And of course I complained because of the delay in getting our food. The table we were at first was lacking light so we asked to be moved. They moved us and 5min later another family took that table. I say this because that table got their food like 20min before us. Another party of 4 came in like 30min after us. They ate and were about to pay but yet we are still waiting on our food. The manager Michele says she understands but her demeanor says it otherwise. After complaining minutes later, they bring us the food BUT no forks on the table. So we are all looking at each other in disbelief in their ineptitude. We noticed that we are still missing a plate so we asked for it, another person is sent to bring it but that person was trying to deliver it to another table. I mean it when I say this.. this place, servers and managers are absolutely useless. The apology from Michele sounds more like defending the fact they have awful services. Because she sounded more of defending their ineptitude rather than being truly apologetic. She tells me she has done this for over 30 years as being proud. All I can say is Michele, find another job. This is not for you. I don’t think you understand customer service fully. Sorry to say this but you are truly useless and your approach to us proves it. You and many of the servers you hired need to go elsewhere. Making people wait to be served over an hour is unacceptable and instead of being truly apologetic, shut up and fix the issue with less talking and more action. In the entire hour and 39 minutes we were there, I saw one Hispanic server that was on his A-game. He was impressive. Smiling and interacting with clients. He was extremely attentive following up on his tables. In my opinion, he should be the manager and the so called Michele along with all useless servers need to be fired or assigned to clean tables after. They are truly incompetent for the role they have.

  Absolutely the best service and I truly mean this. My daughter ordered shrimp Alfredo but it just wasn’t what she thought and she really didn’t like it so the manager took it off our bill and we didn’t ask him to and really didn’t expect that but definitely appreciate him. The rest of the food was awesome and our waitress was super nice.

  Terrance was great ! Food was amazing, fresh and hot, as always ! Me and my boyfriend split a crab lovers boil and we had plenty of it (we wasn’t able to finish it and we LOVE us some crab !!) We will definitely be back and will certainly ask for Terrance to be our waiter !!!

  We used Joe's Crab Shack in Destin for catering at our annual owners meeting with over 150 attendees, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. The team was incredibly friendly, organized, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The food was fresh, delicious, and exceeded our expectations. We received so many compliments from our guests, and everyone seemed genuinely impressed and happy with the meal and the selections to choose from. It helped make our event a huge success. We’ll absolutely be using them again for future events and would highly recommend them for large catering gatherings.
