  Didn’t even get my food. Waited in the drive- thru for atleast mins and wasn’t even acknowledged. Then called the store and they told me they had a large order and didn’t offer anything other than that. Completely ignored and didn’t get my food. I’m a biggie and I just wanted my sandwich 😔

  This Jimmy John’s location is the worst. The food is made sloppy. The people working there are unprofessional.

  We have been to this place maybe 5-6 times over the years. Never one time have they gotten an order right. We went yesterday for 2 tuna subs to go. There were a total of two customers in the entire place. The person who checked me out confirmed my order at least 4 times. Got back to the room and it was still wrong. Not even close. Every time we come down we think surely they’ve gotten their act together. Negative. It’s not going to happen.

  The food was awesome but Carlos was very unprofessional. He wouldn’t take $50 bill which was all I had. As well as refused me a water cup.
