  Ok out the 8 chipotle restaurants I have visited, the food here is the worse and definitely lacking seasoning!!!! This is the second time trying this location and I should have gone somewhere else. The first time I went this restaurant it was maybe 45 minutes to closing. It looked like maybe they had 6 party busses people just had come through.. dining area was dirty, trays on every table and, trash on the floor, trash can over flowing. My step daughter, who had never been to chipotle wanted to go there, it was her birthday. I walked in wanted to walk out but she wanted to order and try it. Food was flavorless. A yr later came to this location again, thinking it maybe it sucked because it was close to closing....I ask for spicy salsa double protein, and guacamole , rice, black beans and sour cream.🤢🤬I want spicy not vingery salsa .. Had a bowl of rice with half cooked black beans and a little bit of meat..I asked for double meat. Charged $24 for one bowl. No drink. Never, never, never again!!!!

  An older gentleman took our order, he had honestly the best attitude I’ve seen in customer service in awhile.

  I ordered three burrito bowls with guacamole through Uber Eats and when I get home none of them have guacamole, so I’m paying $9 for guacamole I never received.

  I've been to many Chipotles, but this is the WORST I've been in. For s holiday weekend there should have been more workers on the line preparing our meals. There was only one employee on the line and I was told that 3 managers were on site, but NONE of them stepped up to help on the line. I advise that the 3 managers be retrained to handle high stressful situations. If I ever return to Destin, I will NEVER eat at this location.

  Went to the Destin, FL location for dinner the other night. I have to say that this is the worse and most unclean location I’ve ever been to. The horrible visit started in line. The line moved very slowly. This was mainly due to the fact that the cashier kept leaving the register constantly. Then when we get to order I order the barbacoa. They were out! This was way after dinner rush. So I switched to the honey chipotle chicken, fajita veggies, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. The counter was absolutely filthy. I looked behind the counter there was food and trash all over the floor. I also ordered a side a guac, and a side of chips. I specifically ordered that way because I had a coupon for a free side of guac. Again, the cashier disappears for minutes. She finally comes back with a bag of chips. I go to pay and because she rang it in as an order of gauc and chips my coupon wouldn’t work. I didn’t ask for a manager because I had been in line forever and was hungry. Also, by the state of the restaurant, clearly there was no management presence. I paid the cashier slid my order through the food debris on the counter over to me. We sat down and went to get our drinks. The drink/condiment station was completely filthy and not stocked. We finally get to eating. The honey chipotle chicken was not but fat and gristle making the meal inedible. The fajita veggies was nothing but onions that were barely cooked. This was a completely horrible experience and Chipotle should be ashamed and embarrassed by this. Just look at the photos. Judge for yourself. #Chipotle
