  me and my sister did an online order we went and picked it up came out somewhat on time. I don’t know what it was, but this time their chips tasted different. They’re usually stale but this time they were so salty and limey you could actually taste flavor in them I don’t know what you guys did differently, but this batch came out perfectly thank you guys so much!!

  I’m really disappointed with my order this time. I order chipotle very often, and it’s one of my favorite dishes, but this time both portions had very little rice, meat and etc. My husband’s portion had only one piece of lettuce and two small pieces of grilled vegetables, even though I specifically ordered it without vegetables. My portion was also missing lettuce and guacamole. This is honestly the first time I’ve ever received a dish presented and prepared like this.

  Waited in line for 45 mins while the only worker, took multiple drink break, worked with no urgency. Then when arriving that the front, they were out of white rice, and guac. Spoke with Landon the manager one duty and he didn’t seem to care. You can tell what kind of manager he is based of the conditions of the store and the type of workers working.

  The restaurant is always filthy. They are usually out of some item you want, and the staff seems poorly trained and overwhelmed. Lines are usually long. I ordered on the app and got my food faster than if I had stayed in line. The tables aren’t clean, rice and dirty napkins everywhere, the trash is always full, the plasticware/napkin/drink area is usually a train wreck. The food is decent when they have what you want. Wish there was a Moe’s or something nearby as an alternative.

  I just wanna start this off by saying genuinely do not come here to eat. The amount of things that happened is beyond me. The real problem started once we got to the checkout. There was a white girl that was working there and immediately off the bat I noticed my chips were missing so I asked her kindly if we can add chips. She doesn’t even respond. She just looks at me and rolls her eyes. The next thing that I noticed is that they start adding random people’s food to our plate. But before we even get a chance to tell them that that’s not our food, the white girls friend comes in from outside, cuts the line, and starts talking to her. The Worker completely disregards that we are trying to pay and start chatting it up with her friend. That’s when the friend decides that she wants to order right there. So while she cut the whole line to order we still haven’t gotten the chance to pay yet. At this point, the line is super long because it’s not moving. Eventually, the worker looks up at us because we haven’t even said a word yet and under her breath says “ If y’all are not gonna be patient, then you can leave.” Like what??? We’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes and we haven’t even gotten the chance to pay yet and our food is getting cold because you won’t check us out. You’re too busy talking to your friend. As we leave, we hear her loudly talking to her friend that we were being immature and impatient. If you’re gonna hate your job this much don’t even bother working. Genuinely disgusting behavior from her. Not even sure how she got a job here.
