  Our waitress Annie was great! Very personable, kind and helpful. She was attentive , but not obtrusive. The entire staff was friendly. The manager came to our table and was nice and friendly and most caring. We very much enjoyed our dinner and visit. Five stars for our waitress Annie!!

  We were in Miramar Beach on Mother's Day weekend. My husband had dinner there on that Friday and got sick from the chowder. For context, his check was $44 so he ate more than the chowder. However, we came to the conclusion that this was most likely the dish that made him sick. He was up most of the night with severe abdominal cramping, and diarrhea. Against my advice, he did not contact the restaurant because he does not like to complain. Unbeknownst to him, the rest of my family had already decided that they wanted to eat there on Mother's Day. Therefore, we made reservations in spite of his incident. I suggested that my husband take his receipt and see if they would make right what happened on Friday night. Our server, Marcus, was wonderful and assured my husband that he would "take care of him". When we got the checks, his meal was still on there even though we assumed that taking care of him meant comping his meal. Marcus then informed him that the best he could do was a free dessert, which none of us were interested in having. I asked for the manager and eventually one came over. He introduced himself as Arsenio and told us that we had 24 hours to complain and that window had closed. He then intimated that we were just trying to get a free meal. We were deeply offended and outraged. I believe it is important to note that we were a party of 8 spending a total of well over $400 for our meals that day. The very last thing we "needed" was for one of those 8 meals to be free. I simply felt that it would have been the right thing for the restaurant to do. Especially considering we could have easily taken our business elsewhere after the incident with the food poisoning. I don't know how long that Arsenio has been with your company but he could certainly use some additional training in customer service. He did not represent your company well at all. P.S. I sent feedback to the restaurant soon after the incident and never got a response. That is why I felt it necessary to bring my concerns to Google.

  Gave bonefish another try and so glad we did!!! Stopped in for happy hour & bonefish salads (so good) ended up with the crispy califlower which was AMAZING! And the BEST cheesecake we had in a long time! I highly recommend Frank and Marcus as a server! And the manager on duty, Bonnie was very nice to talk! We will def be back soon!!!

  By far, the most awesome restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of going to. We came in without reservations for a party of 6, we were immediately greeted with the most amazing hosts! Our waitress was Jayla and she was incredible! She gave great recommendations, answered all of our questions, and just overall so kind and genuine. Throughout our dinner there, our waitress and staff were so amazing and helpful, they helped us find an antacid for our friend who was having stomach issues, and another got us shots for our friends birthday. (Shoutout to Alex, you’re awesome! And shout out to Wyatt, you made our day!) (Also shout out to the floor manager on duty as well, Arsenio, he was incredible as well!) The food was absolutely amazing, every dish was spectacular, the kitchen staff was on point! I genuinely mean this when I say that any restaurant I have ever been to has not come close to the food and service we have experienced here. They have set the bar so high! Thank you guys for everything! Will definitely be coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Jayla, Wyatt, and Alex were phenomenal and so unbelievably kind and welcoming. we had a party of six walk in, had no wait, and food was out quickly and efficiently. our server Jayla was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was able to handle all the wild questions our party asked. Wyatt, another server, and Alex the bartender dropped by to check in on us as well and were so kind and pleasant. would recommend over and over again. will be back the next time we’re in Destin!
