  Wait 10 plus minutes in thru for food. Leave and realize we weren't given aus ju with the French dip. Go back and the guy acts like it was on top of the food in the bag. What a joke. He finally gives us a cup of it with no bag or anything. Nice ride holding a cup of aus ju so it didnt spill.

  They're struggling to keep help. The staff they have works hard but they need more reliable help. The quality of food needs to improve. It still tastes good bit it's sloppy and inconsistent. I don't want to post photos because they're trying really hard and I believe things will improve soon. 😉🙏 nice people too! Edit- I want to say that this review is truthful but positive. I go there every couple of weeks as my husband loves Arby's. I know things will improve, I see them training and working hard everytime I am in. No matter how overwhelmed they may appear they're always kind and gracious. That means alot to me, I'll keep supporting their progress. Thanks to those hard working folks that show up and show out! They get it done.

  So I’m I’m old left my wallet at home only had Apple Pay couldn’t figure it out the manager paid for my meal because i could not figure it out and Apple paid her Amazing

  Food was great , but staff is terrible, As you can see with all the most recent reviews. Now they have closed the lobby for the last few months, so you can’t even eat inside. If they just got decent people working there and reopened the inside so you can dine in it would be five stars. Sad to see what used to be a great place to go eat just fall apart.

  They didnt want to make new fries, so they served a small cup of cold curly fries. On the XL curly fry they decided to fill the cup with crinkle-cut fries and top the cup off with a few curly fries to make it look like what we ordered. Had to go through the drive thru since the lobby was closed.
