  Went to drive thru. Service was fast and employee was nice. However, the food was terrible. I ordered the beef and cheddar meal. The fries were definitely sitting out for awhile because they tasted like cardboard and they were room temperature. My sandwich was actually cool to the touch. Ate about 4 fries and half the sandwich, I threw away the remaining fries and sandwich. Could not stomach anymore. The meal was $13 something. Definitely no value.

  I had the Cheesesteak with Curly Fries. The Curly Fries were good, but the Cheesesteak was pretty average, just standard fast food with nothing particularly special about it. I think Arby’s could benefit from changing things up a bit and finding ways to stand out from the competition. It would be nice to see something more unique that makes the chain feel special again.

  I don't know what has happened to this Arbys! It used to be great less than a year ago! The last few times I've been, this guy named Fred who tells me he's the general mgr. has been there. The first time the boy in the window had to go outside and get him where he was smoking in the bushes. There was a mistake on my app and he refused to try and help me. Today he was so rude that we left without our food. He is the rudest mgr I have ever seen! By the way, many years ago I managed an Arby's in Birmingham and we would have never gotten away with acting the way he does! I surely will not go back to this arbys! I will drive to Ft walton. When I'm in Alabama visiting my daughter, they have the nicest people at that arbys! The owner needs to send some secret shoppers in to this store and see how he acts!
