  Estuve por 10 minutos esperando a ser atendido, habían 8 empleados en el momento, pasaban por mi lado y ninguno me preguntó si deseaba algo, hasta que una mujer muy amable me atendió despues de 10 minutos, la tienda estaba vacía y empleados caminaban por todo lado sin un destino, ojala mejoren esto

  How can the McDonald's on Providence be so much WORSE than the one on Deltona blvd. . Providence McDonald's. Awful. Employees not happy and food is incorrect. Deltona Blvd McDonald's 5 stars. Foods always correct. Employees are great.

  This mcdonalds is always messing up orders and they charge you for a large drink but will give you a medium then argue with you over it. I don't know the manager's name but she has blondish brown hair and is really rude. The gm is Anna. She tries her best to make things right

  My husband ordered three hashbrowns and three egg and cheese, sausage McMuffins and brought it home for breakfast. I ate mine before he ate his, and as I bit into it, I nearly broke a tooth. The McMuffin was hard as a rock. I threw mine right in the garbage. Then my husband bit into his and had the same issue. That was my breakfast before work. I left the house with nothing and my husband had to go back to them and return it. He was really angry. I don’t blame him. Traveling back and forth especially with gas as it is, is not right. Plus wasting our time is wrong. He complained when he got to the restaurant. They said it was over toasted. We both said it’s stale. And it clearly was stale. He said when he returned it, he experience absolutely terrible customer service. He reached out to corporate and is waiting for a call back. I tell you this, we will not be back to that McDonald’s location ever again
