    It's a 4 star could be 5 if could keep along with the flow of the day. One thing I find most disruptive is the order transfer with the drive-thru representive. Seem's like they are multi-tasking through whole process and taking the customer order and have had to correct several times as todays issue. One dissapointment is the lack of coffee as one can be sent to the waiting slot for just that alone. So it reflects the overall mood and flow greatly to wait for a coffee of all things. Will still be there for Ya's but if can please.

    She refused to give me her name I believe she was the store manager. She was short and reminded me of the Penguin from a Batman movie. She gave me a chicken sandwich with the top bun missing. When I went back to have my order fixed, she snatched it out of my hand and said, “I know I made this order right,” basically calling me a liar. While I was waiting, a young lady working at the window looked at me and said, “I’m sorry for the inconvenience.” I told her I was not happy and was very upset. I considered going in there and making a scene, but I chose not to. I never made any threats to anyone. The sandwich was for my daughter, and both she and my wife were sad and upset throughout the entire ordeal. It’s not fair that we had to go through this over something as simple as a sandwich. All she had to do was fix the mistake instead of yelling at us and snatching it out of my hand. Her behavior was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The manager came back and gave me my sandwich. I then went inside to ask why she treats customers that way, and she responded by threatening to call the police and yelling, “Get out of my store.” The other customers looked at her like she was out of control, and even her co-workers seemed shocked by her behavior.     Johannesburg, the young manager who helped me out was a reminder of what it use to be like. Great smile, very engaging, friendly and went beyond to help me.

    I must say I’m new to Deltona and food is always fresh. Well one day my burger was raw and when I went to return the burger Jose the Mgr. started stating why it happened but never apologized which I thought was unprofessional on his behalf. Adrienne was amazing and apologized and also asked if I could come back immediately. I was never mad or rude but an IM SORRY goes along way!

    I ordered a large Coke in addiction to the meals I ordered. After I was only provided 1 soda at the window I mentioned to the person handing me the drink that I ordered another large Coke. She immediately raised her voice and caught an attitude. She said if I wanted another soda Id have to go to the back of the line or come inside and then slammed the window. She came back with our food and I attempted to further explain that I am willing to pay for it and can give her my card and she proceeded to yell saying they were too busy for her to do that and insisted it wasnt her problem. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes. She was not wearing a name tag. I went home instead of going through the trouble of ordering another drink with the unfortunate surprise that the large fry I ordered barely had any fries in it and all the fries we ordered were not cooked. The Big Mac was also cold. This was the worst service Ive ever received at any restaurant Ive ever been to. Id like to also mention Ive gone to this McDonalds on numerous occasions so Im a local and a regular and was treated as if I was trash. I know McDonalds isn't a high end restaurant however i expect to get the food and drinks I ordered and paid both in hand and properly made. This was truly an awful and distasteful experience. I do not ever want to visit any McDonalds ever again after this one manager ruined my entire perspective of how customers are treated.
