- SSshortrakracr2 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible experience from start to finish. There wasn’t a single other customer in the lobby when I walked in, yet it took about 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge or greet me, while employees were standing around. I ordered one doughnut and one toasted bagel. Somehow, I then waited 17 minutes for the bagel, while person after person who ordered after me received their food, including orders with multiple sandwiches and drinks. No one acknowledged the excessive wait or offered any explanation or apology. To top it off, when I got to my car, I realized my doughnut looked like this, with the frosting completely smeared/scraped off a large portion of it. I’m very understanding when a place is busy or short-staffed, but that clearly wasn’t the situation here. For an order consisting of literally two items, the lack of service, ridiculous wait time, and quality of the food I received were unacceptable. After reading through the other recent reviews, it’s pretty clear I’m not the only customer experiencing extremely long wait times and poor service at this location. At some point, management needs to address what’s going on. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese wake-up wrap they put 2 down I told them I only wanted one she said I got you. I get to the window she tells me the price and I asked is that with 2 wake-up wraps she said yes. I only wanted one. I got home to eat it and there was no bacon just egg and cheese. She was very nice but I got nothing I wanted.

They can have a line of 6 cars and they will take ONE order, move them to the window, serve that order and leave the next person at the speaker waiting for their orders to be taken. Ridiculously slow, and once you get in the drive thru; you’re stuck, can’t back out. This is what I’ve observed in the 23 MINUTES I’ve been stuck in the drive thru
