You have to spend ten minutes calling door dash even though you used their app. Now once again I have to have no smoothi and give the other to my wife. There needs to be some kind of accountability with your app. The only option the give me is to drive in. I paid $10 cash tip to get my smoothie. The told me I have to drive there to get it. I made the order because I'm covered in dirt working outside. If I could come in I wouldn't of ordered delivery. Manager needs to step up and make things right. Will never order from here again.

I called the store to see if they could do something about it, and they told me I would need to bring the product back. I ordered it for pickup for a reason—I have to work and can’t just go back to the store. I’m really frustrated because this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location or had to leave a review, and it feels like nothing is ever done about it.

So she had all the containers lined up waiting. I watched her add 4 cups of ice to one of my smoothies and didn’t even add all of the ingredients. I was like there’s no way. She finally hands me my smoothie I take a sip and it tastes like straight water. So I told her it tastes like water she just nodded her head and said ok. The other employee had to remake it. I didn’t make it out to be a big deal because I thought maybe she’s new and still in training so I left. Furthermore, I get to my destination and I open my wrap to start eating I notice that they didn’t even make my flatbread right. My flatbread has a little bit of everything on it. Maybe 6 pieces of chicken. I felt like I wasted my money. I didn’t even get my extra pesto sauce that I asked for. This is not my first time ordering here I’m a regular customer and I never experienced this before. My flatbreads are usually full with meat and flavor. My pb crunch has 4 pieces of banana in it. I’m so disappointed.

There were three employees working, yet only one of them was actually doing her job while the other two stood around goofing off. What bothered me most was watching the employee who was working ask the other two for help, only to be met with disrespect and attitude. She continued handling everything on her own while they acted like helping her was an inconvenience. The entire atmosphere gave off serious “mean girl” vibes, and it was uncomfortable to watch. I actually felt bad for the young woman who was trying to keep things moving by herself. I really hope management steps in and addresses this. Customers shouldn’t have to watch an employee get treated that way by her own coworkers, especially while she’s the only one actually working.
