He went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly right and took the time to ensure everything was fresh and prepared perfectly. What really stood out was his phenomenal customer service—he was genuinely kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire interaction. It’s clear he cares about both his customers and the quality of service he provides. David made my visit enjoyable and stress-free, and it’s not something you come across every day. QDOBA is lucky to have someone like him leading their team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Despite the restaurant not being busy—there was no line and only two other people eating—the service was nonexistent. There were two employees behind the counter who completely ignored us. Neither of them acknowledged our presence or welcomed us. My friend eventually had to go out of their way just to get their attention so we could actually start our order. Unfortunately, the food was just as bad as the service. Both my tacos and my friend's bowl were served completely cold. The rice and the chicken had no heat to them at all. We couldn't even finish our meals because of the temperature. It’s frustrating to receive cold food and poor service when the staff clearly wasn't overwhelmed with customers.
- AHalyssa hessenApr 15, 20262.0I did an online order and it said the food would be ready in 15-25 minutes I went into the establishment at the 25 min mark, the only customers inside was one person checking out and one person waiting for an online order also. Once they acknowledged me, which took a few minutes and I told them I was picking up, they didn’t even start making my food until about 6 minutes after acknowledging me. Once I got back to work I realized they gave me a salad with no dressing and as for the chicken nachos the chicken had barely any flavor, the beans had zero flavor and the only thing with flavor in the dish was the queso itself. Disappointing wait times and it took up my entire break and then some and the food wasn’t that good. I would have been more understanding if it was busy but the facility was literally empty.
